Well, almost almost all of the ingredients in this smoothie are green 🙂 I’ve been enjoying green smoothies for a couple of years, but this is the first one I made at home and it was delicious! Here’s the recipe. Enjoy!
1 cup spinach packed
1 cup finely chopped kale, packed
2 green pears, cored, peeled and chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
¾ cup plain yogurt*
½ cup milk*
20 green grapes
*To make it dairy-free, I used coconut yogurt and rice milk.
